 began my journey in real estate investing after purchasing VHS tapes from Robert Allen, discussing Multiple Streams of Income in 1988. It was both interesting and exciting to learn about a concept that was new to me. This initial education taught me to be brave enough to purchase a fixer-upper while attending college, which I eventually sold for a profit. This experience paved the way for purchasing another fixer-upper, living in it, renovating it, and selling it for a profit as well.

Continuing my self-education in real estate, I learned significantly from Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad. This book profoundly changed my perspective on wealth and investing. In 2002, I purchased my first income-producing property and quickly acquired two more, renovating them and discovering the power of the BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance) strategy. My passion for real estate grew, leading me to obtain my real estate license in 2006, just as the market was crashing. The crash taught me valuable lessons and revealed that I needed more tools to manage my investments during downturns.

Despite taking a hiatus from real estate investing, my interest remained unquenchable. Recognizing the need for more formalized training, I committed my time and money to a Renatus real estate education program. This marked the beginning of round two in real estate investing, this time with my husband as a partner. Having a partner proved invaluable, providing someone to share the stress and bounce ideas off of. We dove in full throttle, purchasing off-market wholesale properties, fixing and flipping, engaging in hard money lending, and selling properties through the MLS.

My superpower is knowledge. My strongest desire is to have enough knowledge and tools to assist and educate my clients throughout their real estate journey. I hold the bar high for myself, dedicating my time and energy to staying educated and in tune with the current market and trends.

My experience spans probate, hoarder homes, fire-damaged properties, pre-foreclosure, seller finance, manufactured homes, land, luxury properties, and rentals. As a highly capable realtor, I am committed to leveraging my extensive knowledge and experience to provide exceptional service and guidance to my clients.
